Toll House Spirits
Toll House Spirits, based in Arbroath, is a family owned producer of award winning spirits and liqueurs. The name Toll House comes from the family home of our late mum, Ruth. Her tenacity and strength continue to be a huge inspiration to us.
We have a passion for creating authentic, great tasting products which are distilled, bottled and labelled in Angus, under the Redcastle, Broughty Ferry & Toll House brand names.
At our Arbroath base, we have a retail shop and from January 2022, our tasting room will return. We will also have a new blending school which will be the first of its kind in Angus. People will be able to spend time with us creating their own blend of gin and leave with a unique bottle of their own creation.

The company is owned by sisters, Fiona Walsh & Angela Jarron, and Fiona’s husband John Walsh. The sisters were born and brought up in Angus and John originally hails from County Tyrone. Combined they have decades of industry experience and expertise.
