The But’n’Ben
Perched on a cliff top in the county of Angus is the beautiful historic fishing village of Auchmithie,
approximately 3 miles north of Arbroath.
Here you will find the But’n’Ben Restaurant,
known to many for its seafood dishes and traditional Scottish country cooking and baking.
At the But’n’Ben we offer the local delicacy Arbroath Smokie, fresh Mussels and Oysters from Shetland and the west coast along with crab and lobster from local waters.
We also serve Aberdeen Angus beef and our Venison and Game are sourced from the estates around Royal Deeside.
We believe that buying seasonal fruit and vegetables from the surrounding farms ensures the tastiest and freshest of produce.
The atmosphere here is friendly and informal.
You can expect a warm welcome along with a sweet trolley groaning with home-made cakes and puddings.
