Rose is the first point of contact for guests, working the smallholding full-time she looks after the animals, grows the food, cooks up a storm in the kitchen, is the queen of her micro-goat-dairy and generally loves all things outdoorsy, in the quieter winter months Rose makes her ‘rosehip’ Harris Tweed handbags which are available to purchase in her small artisan shop and a couple of other venues in the wider area.
